Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before payment: you can cancel any time; nothing is owed.
• Rejected submissions: invoices are only issued after editorial approval. If we reject a submission, any open invoice is cancelled.
• Paid, not yet started: full refund on request before the campaign start date, minus any bank or transfer fees we cannot recover.
• Running campaigns: unused full days are refunded pro rata if we remove a placement for reasons that are not a breach of our advertising policy.
• Policy breaches: placements removed because they broke our advertising policy are not refunded.
• Sponsored articles: refundable in full until the draft is approved by you; not refundable after publication.
• How refunds are paid: to the original payment method where possible, usually within 14 days of approval.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
